Sottoipini B & B is located in Pisano,
a hamlet at just few minutes from the Mount Etna. Pisano, which is near
the famous Zafferana Etnea, is 15 Km from Catania and 6 Km from Acireale.
It is the ideal place for a holiday or a work stay, far from the city
stress, where you can enjoy fresh air and the quiet of the mountains.
In a few minutes it is possible to reach the sea and the beaches of the
Ionian Riviera (Acitrezza and the Cyclops, Acicastello, Catania and Taormina),
as well as Nicolosi, Zafferana and other typical mountain villages. The
3 star Bed & Breakfast is a villa of particular architecture and historical
interest, located in the centre of Pisano, which has a wonderful view
of the sea and the volcano. In the house there are 9 beds, a big living
room, wide terraces where breakfast is served. It dominates a three hectares
vineyard (D.O.C.), with fruits and olive trees, where you can go for a
walk admiring the majesty of the volcano.
There are five big double bedrooms with private bathrooms, which can
be equipped with a third bed. They are beautifully furnished with antique
furniture. Every bedroom has a TV set. Children under two can stay for
free and pets are allowed. Rooms are cleaned and tided every day. Breakfast,
which is especially rich, is served in the living room and during the
summer is served on the terrace or in the century-old pinewood. Typical
seasonal produces are served as well as many local products.
